Gorebridge boy fatally injured
A 14-year-old Gorebridge boy was fatally injured as the result of a fall while at work in the premises of the Gorebridge Gas Company. He was William Falconer, son of Mr and Mrs William Falconer, The Avenue, Gorebridge, and while descending from the top of an embankment where he had been at work he fell to the ground. He sustained serious injures to the head, and died a short time afterwards.
