    Adam Silver, shoemaker, Craigwells had a son (correct as written but obviously should read daughter) by his wife Charlotte Jamieson born 12/01/1819 & baptised 18/01/1819 named Rebecca. Witnesses James Duthie, Netherley and William Silver, Craigwells.

    No 1038 Rebecca Maitland, married to Joseph Maitland, 1863 December Fourteenth at 5.10am at ? Street Aberdeen, female 43* years, dau of Adam Silver farmer and Charlotte Silver M.S.Silver*. Cause Phthisis or consumption, one year.
    Couple of questions on this information. The only Rebecca Silver found in the record was born 1819 (so she would have been 44) and her parentage was Adam Silver and Charlotte Jamieson.
